Located under the Research Tools section of the Disease Hub, MedTRACK's Mechanism of Action Tool has now
been updated to become an even more user-friendly feature for subscribers.
Subscribers are now given the
description of a particular Mechanism of Action (MOA) in the form of a pop up as they hover over each MOA.
Our MOA tool identifies the biochemical physiological mechanism(s) by which a drug produces a response in
living organisms.
Currently, MedTRACK has over 1,200 MOAs. Back in July, MedTRACK added the Mode of Action
tool to run along side the MOA feature. The Mode of Action is the observable consequence of a drug action.
